8/5/3 Today was a record number of visits. And I love the new logo. Just jumps right out at you.
7/5/03 Well visits keep climbing and the goal is constant growth and reach 10,000 visits per month. Seems to feed on itself but I guess that is the search engine way.
6/5/03 Well good weather again. Just think a big snow storm is coming. Feel it in my head where I got hit.
5/5/03 Today was a good day, it was -10, then in afternoon +10. Your body feels like it is going to blow up with the quick change. But it has not snowed in a week!!!!!!!!! And no mosquitoes yet, may be in a week. This is one of our annual things guessing when the first mosquito comes out.
4/5/03 Well 2 meters of snow on the ground and it is raining. Probably going to flood here. At least you can see the roof of the gym now.
3/5/03 New logo but of course no sales. But hey got personal satisfaction by doing this honest. And Mom likes the new logo much more

1/5/03 Not much thinking today it is May day. And love it because I get to tell the Russians that is started as an American Holiday. Yes it is true to mark the Haymarket Massacre.
30/4/03 Well after much thought decide the logo was shit. It just did not jump out at you. So doing some thinking and that is hard for me
29/4/03 Well working on adding another page and cutting others. Let's face it nobody visits the joke page, no body.
28/4/03 Well visits are approaching a 100 per day on a regular basis. This optimizing works and it is interesting. My boss thinks it is stupid(like Mom) but who cares.
27/4/03 Well I found out how fast reindeer can run. The one I knocked down, well it jumped back up and came after me. Just barely beat it into the camp
26/4/03 Well I tried an icicle on a reindeer. Got a big one and just laid into the reindeers ass end. Knocked the dam thing right off its feet.
25/4/03 One of these lame brains came up with the idea that an icicle fell off the roof and hit me in the head. An Icicle knocks out a 115 kilo body builder?
24/3/03 Well the mystery might be solved, but not sure. No weapon was found they said or at least nothing that could have given me the hit I got.
23/403 Frustrated by not being able to climb in the key word Gym. Up to like 70 something but too low for many hits. Must optimize it again.
22/4/03 Well the site is climbing in many ratings. Guess it feeds on its self. Get some hits you climb, get more and climb some more. Of course takes 6 months to understand this.
21/4/03 Sorry for the gap. But had a hard work out and could not think afterwards. Still looking for who hit me.
20/4/03 Anyway I am going to fix the food thing. I have some ideas. And the web site, well running out of ideas. Honest don't think anybody really likes the site. Running six months and I have had one positive comment, no orders, and my Mother does not like it.
19/4/03 Called the boss about the food. He said we are cutting cost. Reindeer is cheaper than any other meat. I said for good reason, no one wants to eat it. His comment, In some parts of the World it is considered a delicacy. I said yes, where the people have no money for food and they go out and poach the reindeer.
18/4/03 Back and having a great time. Except they changed cooks on me while I was gone. Now we have a Russian cook and the food is like eating a 100 year old reindeer. Tough, dried, out and I think they forgot to skin the reindeer first.
17/4/03 The boss says I need to improve my managing skills. He said no more punching or beating up the workers when they do something wrong. He said there have been complaints. I asked him who complained but he would not tell me.
16/4/03 Mid April right, -25 degrees when we landed. Snowing and wind blowing, but hey great to get back to Siberia.
15/4/03 Well time to head out to Russia. My flight leaves in 30 minutes or so. Actually miss Siberia, but don't tell anybody I wrote that.
14/4/03 Okay a full day. Finally after ten years, saw Lenin's tomb. I mean where else can you see a guy that has been dead for almost 80 years. A big tourist attraction, so come to Russia and see a dead guy.
Tried some guerrilla marketing. Made a small banner up at the hotel. When security was not looking I pasted it up inside the Mausoleum.
Luckily they did not see me do it. They pulled their AK 47 when they did and started screaming, who did it, we will arrest you. Of course I played stupid.
13/4/03 Anyway missed my flight back to Siberia. TOO BAD, huh? I'm really upset not! Never woke up until lunch time. Called the boss, flight is full tomorrow, of course I knew that. So have another day in Moscow.
12/4/2003 Dam Hong kongise and Bulgarian, site statistics are bouncing around like a yo yo. Well think I will go get wasted as have to travel to Siberia soon. Not sure where to go. But have to hit McDonalds then may be the American Bar and Grill. Always lots of action there for us Americans. And I do not mean discussions about web design.
11/4/05 Back in Russia. And believe it or not no line at passport control. Through in one minute. Motivation is all it takes. May be a simple fact like British Airways moving out of Sheremetyevo is motivating?
10/4/03 tomorrow flight back to Moscow. One more night of hell raising. However discovered that Norwegian Women raise more hell than me. I am taking a "whipping" from them on the alcohol and other things. Ready to get out of here.
9/4/03 Had a dream last night that somebody actually bought something. Check the account at cafepress and yes somebody did buy something me! Guess I was drugged up on something and did it.
8/4/03 Okay finally got nailed by somebody over copyright materials. Slapped my hand. Had to beg them to let use their photos. They agreed so thanks Alexander photo. I guess I need to get permission form everyone. Of course they are going to sue us in Siberia, shut down our server in Hong Kong, and talk to technical support in Bulgaria?
7/4/03 One day 100 visits, next day 15 makes no sense. Any way the boss called and only two more days here. Was considering going North to visit the natives here but don't have enough time.
6/4/03 Visits are going up and down like a yo yo. Makes no sense, and just wonder what the guys are up to in Hong Kong. That is where the server is and Technical support in Bulgaria. May be the Sars virus is affecting things?
5/4/03 Had a great time last night. Good food lots of drink and other things. And heading to the Jim today. I admit Web Design is on the back burner.
4/4/03 Well toured around Oslo today. And arranged a date for tonight with a nurse. Actually convinced her to call my boss and tell him I nee d a few extra days to recover. He told her, "Good he have another week if he wants, everybody is glad he is gone."
3/4/03 First thing I did after getting out was go get a beer. Next thing I did was find a gym. Had a great workout.
2/4/03 Okay get out at 1300. Everything is going good. Another record month for visits. Yes, okay, have not sold anything not one thing. But I am getting out of the hospital, to hell with web design.
1/4/03 The nurses got me today. Said I was getting out, all said it at once. Opened their blouses and said April Fools and ran.
31/3/03 Delayed one more day. Seems one finger is looking bad. They are afraid it might fall off. Seems like dropping the bar on it yesterday did not help much.
30/3/03 Tomorrow is the big day they say. I am excited and so are the nurses. My boss called and said I can take a couple of days off in Norway.
29/03/03 Well get out tomorrow having a hard time typing. Have to use just one finger. But found a gym downstairs. Have snuck out to it twice.
28/03/03 Yes following the war in Iraq. Getting a little paranoid as the Norwegians do not support the war. Think it is safe. And probably safer than working in Siberia any way.
27/03/03 Too quiet in the hospital for sure. Time to get out and tour the town. Visits are climbing, up above a 100 most days. Optimizing the Web design does work, but of course have not sold anything yet!
26/3/03 one more day here. Actually got some good ideas for improving the web design. They said get some pictures somebody with Siberia Gym clothes working out.
25/3/03 Making great progress. They say I can get out of the hospital in 2 or 3 days. Have several dates lined up. Okay web design, well I am keeping up with this page.
24/3/03 Okay have comedian in Siberia. Sent me this email picture of my hands. Caption was got you asshole. I must have been asleep when they took the pictures.
23/3/03 Okay got to check the website. Visits have jumped to around 100 per day.
22/3/03 Having a good time. I have heard lots of stories about Scandinavian women. Seems most are true. They are helpful and promise to get me access to a computer to check the website.
21/3/03 This is almost as good as a paid vacation. Lots of women, hell most of the doctors are women. So recovery is going well.
20/3/03 Nurses say I must be much better. 3 of them had to slap me today for being too friendly. They understand though after be locked up in our gulag, that boys just wants to have fun.
19/3/03 All clear, going to lose a 1/2 inch of my left ear, that is all. But that will probably look good and I can make up stories about it. Like I was in a knife fight with somebody?
18/3/03 Treatment is going well, looks like I will not lose any fingers. Figure somebody paid the doctors in Russia to take my fingers. May be I am a little paranoid after getting hit in the head
17/3/03 Made it to Norway for treatment. boy the women here, even the old nurses look good. Of course they say I am delirious but who cares
16/3/03 Made it to Moscow. I can still hold a beer glass so all is not lost. And my feet are okay. One ear is looking a little bad, but what do you need ears for.
15/3/03 They have decided to fly me out for treatment. Well actually I threatened them with a lawsuit if they did not. So headed to Norway for treatment
14/3/03 Doctors told me they need to take a couple fingers off. So I busted the old doctors little finger. Told him go to hell.
13/3/03 Well the fingers are really looking bad. They want me to go to the hospital. Okay the skin is getting a little black.
12/3/03 Well the old fingers are swelling up. Using a pencil in my mouth to write this.
11/3/2003 People are now trying to tell me may I slipped. Looked at the picture. My feet were over a meter off the ground. So somebody hit me and then through me in the snow bank. Rumors also are flying that other people saw the shoes, knew it was me and just walked by. I think web design is a safer occupation than doing this.
10/3/2003 Yes I am alive. I almost lost both my hands it seems. Very bad frost bite. But I am almost 100% now. On the 2nd did some typing, but my fingers did not have much feeling and the skin started falling off. So back to the hospital. And no I have not found out who hit.
2/3/03 Well missed a few days, well a week actually. Keep out of the Gym and next thing you know I wake up in a Hospital. Seems somebody hit me on the hit with a steel bar. They found around lunch time buried in the snow.
And guys have a sense of humor. They took a picture with just my feet sticking out of the snow. They say they will post them soon.
So spent a week in the hospital with frostbite, hypothermia after affects. A real good time. But I am going to find the guy that hit me. And he will pay!!!
24/2/03 Well a quiet day here, again cold -45 so everyone is more concerned with staying alive and warm more than anything else. They all hope I do not request them to do some worthless job out in the cold because I am pissed.
